You moved a part to a new supplier and need proof the parts match before you approve production.
No drawing, only a part
Legacy or obsolete parts that need to be remade. I capture the geometry and turn it into usable CAD and drawings.
Drawing that keeps causing questions
Vendors keep asking what a callout means. I clean up the GD&T so the drawing says what you actually need.
Parts failing in the field
I help find the root cause, coordinate materials testing, and recommend the design or process fix.
Repeat inspection
A simple check fixture or go/no-go gauge can save hours per lot. I design them to be built locally.
